Elevate Patient Assistance Program

This program provides financial assistance to individuals with LGS to help pay for durable medical equipment not covered by insurance.

in partnership with the Danny Did Foundation, supports individuals with LGS by helping families access seizure alert and safety devices not typically covered by insurance. The program is available to residents in the United States.
